Q1: Are there any fees required upon secondment and who shall pay them; the employee or the company the employee is seconded to?

The service is free for the first 10 employees and fees shall be paid by the company providing the service.

Q2: what is the allowed number and what is the service execution period?

The allowed limit for providing the service is 50% of total foreign employees at the enterprise providing the service. The execution is promptly after the electronic approval of both enterprises.

Q3: Is the residency permit “iqama" required to be valid and then be renewed by the enterprise that I will work for, or shall I first renew the ID then request secondment?

Yes, worker's residency permit shall be valid.

Q4: Why enterprises in small green category (category A) cannot provide this service?

They can only benefit from the service and this is a precondition according to MHRSD's directives.

Q5: Is the service available for enterprises in red category?

Red category enterprises can only provide the service.

Q6: When trying to issue a permit in Ajeer system, it shows that there is a notice and according to the new resolution, all suspensions are removed, why is that?

This issue was resolved; suspended enterprises can now benefit from the service.

No, the resolution was about transporting passengers via vehicle redirecting service on smart applications.

Q2: Are the children of Saudi woman allowed to work in this activity?

Yes, sons of Saudi women are allowed to work in professions restricted to Saudi citizens.

• Questions on initiative for supporting employees working in passenger transport activities:

Q1: What activities does this initiative cover?

- Public means of transportation.

- School transportation.

- Female teachers transport.

- Pilgrims and visitors transport inside the Kingdom.

Q2: How much support will the person receive?

The support is according to the Saudis minimum wage, which is SAR 3000.

Q3: What is the support period?

The support is for three months.

Q4: When will beneficiaries be supported and paid?

After the end of the application period, Transport General Authority and other concerned authorities will verify the data and then disburse payments for beneficiaries.

Q6: Are there any conditions for support request approval?

• The applicant must have a valid license in the targeted activities at the time of issuance of the Royal Decree No. (44587) dated 20/07/1441 AH, which includes suspending passenger's transport activities viabuses and taxis.
• Supported individual shall not be working in other job.
